The Family Connection

 

We feel that parental influence is of the upmost importance when it comes to the academic and emotional success of a student. Our teachers and staff make sure to always have an open line of communication with each parent, or guardian, throughout the entire academic process. 

 

At the end of every tutoring session, each student is given a Take Home Note. These Take Home Notes explain what specifically the student worked on during this session, their success rate, as well as what needs to be done independently, at home.

 From experience, we know that these notes sometimes don't make it out of the book bag, or home at all, so we also make phone calls, updating the parents on their child's achievements or shortcomings as required. Some parents even opt for a daily report sent to their email when necessary.

 

In any relationship, communication is key and we strive to keep that connection between parent, tutor, and student strong and constant.
